Whitepapers

The methodology, in the open. If you cannot inspect a standard, it is not a standard.

01

Published with the framework

The framework itself is versioned and public: five pillars, twenty-five working indicators, requirements at four stages, and the scoring rule — including the floor rule, where one weak pillar caps the whole result. The methodology paper documents why each choice was made.

02

Validation work

The technical programme covers content validity, expert review, cognitive testing, routing and applicability, inter-rater reliability, threshold setting and differential item behaviour across organisation types. Draft thresholds remain labelled until this work is complete.

03

Version notes and consultation

Every published framework version should explain what changed, the evidence or consultation behind it, who approved it, its effective date and the transition rule for organisations already in assessment.

04

Planned first papers

The first series is expected to cover the v1.0 blueprint, mandatory-gate rationale, assurance and athlete-interview method, threshold-setting results and the first pilot feasibility and reliability findings.
