Our commitments
Useful today. Clear about what comes next.
Our mission is practical guidance for people in sport and independently reviewed improvement pathways for organisations. Readiness, not a launch date, determines when we open each service.
Available to explore
Practical guidance
Educational information and links to support. This is not diagnosis, therapy or a monitored support service.
Not open on the public website
Accounts and collection forms
Sign-in, contact forms, email signup and saved assessments are paused while production data services are prepared. You can explore the guidance and draft framework without an account.
Open for ages 16+
Athlete-needs survey
Voluntary, exploratory project feedback, tested internally. Ages 16–17 use a shorter EU/EEA route without personal mental-health questions. This is not an independently validated research instrument.
Working proposal
Organisational pathway
Five pillars and proposed improvement milestones. Requirements, evidence rules and reviewer consistency need testing with organisations and athletes.
Not open
Independent certification
No awards will be issued until independent reviewers, decision rules, conflicts management, complaints and appeals are operational.
Not established
Impact claims
We have not yet demonstrated that MindsMelt improves mental health outcomes. A pilot must test usefulness, feasibility, unintended effects and changes in practice.
The next five steps
1
Review the guidance with athletes and professionals
Check usefulness, language, accessibility, sources and routes to support. Name an owner for ongoing updates.
2
Learn from the survey responsibly
Monitor comprehension and data quality, analyse age routes separately and publish grouped findings with the limits of voluntary recruitment. Seek independent methods and privacy review before expanding the scope.
3
Finish the production safeguards
Verify accounts, recovery, data access, deletion, backups, email delivery and safe handling of organisational evidence.
4
Test one organisational improvement cycle
Work with a small sporting cohort on a real barrier to support. Agree an owner, an action and a review date, and include athlete feedback.
5
Evaluate before expanding or certifying
Publish what was useful, what failed and what changed. Open certification only after independent decisions, conflicts, complaints and appeals have been tested.
